Use of Services

Our services are provided for the care and maintenance of gravesites and memorials. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner consistent with our mission.

Payments

All services must be paid in full before they are rendered. We accept multiple forms of payment, and your billing information will be securely processed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We allow service cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may not be eligible for a refund.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence in every service, but we cannot be held responsible for acts of nature, vandalism, or third-party actions that may affect gravesites.

Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, logos, and images, are the property of Hustlin Stakes Cemetery Care and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
